1. Classical adjustment method of plastic injection speed:
The first stage: the straight glue mouth and the horizontal glue mouth part, using medium and high speed
The second stage: Use low speed near the injection port to suppress the spray pattern and silver pattern

The fourth stage: In order to reduce gas scorching and flaring, the medium speed and low speed can be correctly switched to the pressure holding position.
Second, the role of plastic injection screw
The screw has the functions of conveying, mixing, exhausting, dehumidifying, melting and measuring the raw materials.
70% of the heat required for the melting of plastic materials comes from the frictional heat generated when the screw rotates, and 30% comes from the heat supplemented by the electric heating plate.
Low viscosity, small screw, speed of melting glue should be accelerated. The speed of melting glue with high viscosity and large screw should be slowed down. Composite materials need to slow down the speed.
